Account Settings

Update your profile, change your name, and manage notification preferences.

Your account settings control how you appear to students, how you are billed, and how the platform communicates with you. Keeping this information up to date ensures a smooth experience across all devices and makes it easier for school administrators to manage your access.

Profile

Navigate to "Settings" from the sidebar. The "Profile" tab lets you update your display name and avatar. If you signed up with Google, your profile photo syncs automatically. You can override it with a custom image if you prefer. Your display name is what students see in live sessions and on leaderboards.

Email & Password

If you signed up with email and password, you can change your password from the Security tab. If you signed up with Google, password management is handled through your Google account. You can also view and manage connected accounts (Google) from the Security section.

Notification Preferences

Control which email notifications you receive. You can toggle notifications for: new school announcements, parent messages, support ticket updates, and product updates. Notification preferences are per-account — each teacher controls their own settings independently.

Billing & Security

The "Billing" tab shows your current plan, subscription status, and payment history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from here. For security, we recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication if available through your authentication provider.

Exporting Your Data

You can download a comprehensive report of your teaching data as a CSV file from the Settings page. This report includes your games, session history, student engagement data, and analytics. It is useful for professional development portfolios, performance reviews, or simply keeping a local backup of your work.

Account Deletion

To delete your account, contact support through the Help Center ticket system. We handle account deletion manually to ensure no student data is accidentally lost. Before requesting deletion, export your data and transfer ownership of any shared school content.
