Login, Password Recovery, and School Invitations

Sign in, request a password reset, or accept an invitation using the invited email address.

Individual teachers sign in to their own account. School teachers accept an organization invitation as a teacher. School administrators use the authorized school setup path; a teacher invitation cannot grant administrator access.

Sign in or recover a password

1. Open Login and enter the email address and password for your account, or choose a supported Google sign-in option.
2. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot Password and enter the account email address.
3. Open the reset email and follow its link to set a new password.
4. Return to Login and sign in with the new password.
5. If the reset message does not arrive, check the address and spam folder, then request another reset or contact support.

Accept a school invitation

1. Open the invitation link sent by the school administrator.
2. Use the invited email address to create or sign in to the teacher account.
3. Complete the invitation acceptance flow and confirm that the teacher workspace shows the school membership.
4. If the invitation is expired, invalid, or tied to another email, ask the school administrator to resend it.
