School Groups & Group Management

Organise teachers into departments or year groups for targeted communication and curation.

Groups let you organize teachers into logical units — departments, year levels, committees, or any structure that matches your school. Group Leads can curate shared game collections in Shared Spaces, making it easy for teachers within a group to find and use relevant content.

Setting Up Groups

1. Open the Admin Console and navigate to Groups.
2. Click "Create Group" and enter a name (e.g., "Mathematics Department", "Year 7 Team").
3. Assign a Group Lead — this teacher can curate Shared Spaces for the group.
4. Add teachers to the group by selecting them from your staff list.
5. Teachers can see their groups and associated Shared Spaces in the school workspace.

Group Leads

Group Leads have special permissions to curate content in Shared Spaces. They can add, remove, and organize games and resources that are visible to all members of their group. This is ideal for department heads who want to build a shared library of vetted, curriculum-aligned content for their team.
