Managing Teacher Seats & Access

Control how many teachers are on your school plan and what they can access.

Your school plan operates on a seat-based model. Each seat represents one teacher with full School plan access. Managing these seats effectively ensures you are getting maximum value from your subscription while maintaining security and organizational control.

Seat Allocation

Your school plan comes with a fixed number of teacher seats. The Admin Console shows your current usage versus the limit in real time. If you are approaching your limit, you have two options: remove inactive teachers to free up seats, or contact Wittigo support to expand your plan.

Removing Teachers

1. To remove a teacher from your school, find them in the Staff list and click "Remove". Their account reverts to the Free plan.
2. You can transfer ownership of a teacher's games and resources to another teacher before removing them.
3. To add more seats, contact Wittigo support through the Help Center or upgrade your school plan.
4. Teachers who leave the school can still access their personal games on the Free plan — only school-specific content is restricted.
