Coins, XP & Your Student Avatar
Understand how to earn and use coins and XP in your classroom.
Wittigo classrooms have a built-in reward system that makes learning feel like leveling up in a video game. As you participate in games and complete activities, you earn two types of rewards: XP, which shows your overall learning progress, and Coins, which you can spend to customize your avatar.
XP (Experience Points)
XP tracks your overall progress — the more you play and learn, the higher your XP climbs. Unlike coins, XP cannot be spent. It is a permanent record of your effort and improvement. The classroom leaderboard shows everyone's XP, so you can see how you stack up against your classmates. But remember: the real goal is learning, not just leaderboard position.
Coins & The Avatar Shop
Coins can be spent in the Avatar Shop to unlock fun new avatars that represent you in the classroom leaderboard. Your teacher can award you bonus coins for great work, or may set up coin goals for class challenges. Some avatars are cheap and easy to unlock; others are rare and require serious saving. Choose an avatar that feels like you.
