Managing Your Plan & Billing

Upgrade to Premium, manage your subscription, and understand plan limits.

Wittigo is free to start and affordable to scale. Understanding your plan limits helps you make the most of the platform without unexpected interruptions. Whether you are evaluating Premium or managing a School plan, the Billing section gives you full transparency and control.

Plan Overview

Go to "Settings" > "Billing" tab to view your current plan and subscription status. The Free plan includes 10 active games, 2 lesson plans, basic game modes (MCQ, True/False, Word Connect, Memory Flip), manual question creation, and community library access. It is genuinely free forever — no trial period, no credit card required.

Upgrading

  1. Open Settings and click the "Billing" tab.
  2. Click "Upgrade to Premium" to see plan options and pricing.
  3. Choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual saves 20%).
  4. Enter payment details and confirm. Your account upgrades instantly.
  5. All Premium features unlock immediately — no restart or re-login required.

Premium Plan

Premium adds unlimited games, unlimited lesson plans, AI question generation, AI Lesson Planner, all game modes (Power Clash, Head Tilt, Story Quest, BrainQuest Adventure, BrainQuest), Text-to-Speech, Scheduled Sessions, the full course builder, advanced Analytics, and priority support. Payments are processed securely through Paddle.

School Plan

The School plan is managed by your school administrator. It includes all Premium features plus organization-wide tools, the admin console, Google Classroom integration, parent communication, and staff management. Teachers on a School plan do not need individual Premium subscriptions — access is granted automatically when they join the school organization.

Downgrading & Cancellation

You can downgrade or cancel at any time from the Billing tab. When you downgrade to Free, your games are preserved but you lose access to Premium-only features. If you have more than 10 active games, they remain accessible but you cannot create new ones until you are back under the limit. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
