Uploading & Managing Resources

Share worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, and flashcards with the community.

Great teachers create great materials, and great materials deserve to be shared. The Resources section is your personal file library and your gateway to the community exchange. Upload worksheets, assessments, lesson plans, flashcards, and more — then decide whether to keep them private, share them with your school, or contribute them to the global community.

Uploading a Resource

1. Go to "Resources" in the sidebar. Click "Upload Resource" to add a new file.
2. Fill in the title, description, resource type (Assessment, Worksheet, Book, Lesson Plan, Flashcards, Other), category, and grade level.
3. Upload your file (PDF, DOCX, images, etc.). Add a preview image for better discoverability.
4. Set visibility: Private (only you), School (organization), or Public (community exchange).
5. Public resources enter a moderation queue. Once approved, they appear in the community library for download.
6. Use the Resource Exchange system: upload resources to earn credits, then use credits to download others' materials.

Resource Types

Choosing the right resource type helps other teachers find your content. Assessments are formal evaluations like quizzes and tests. Worksheets are practice activities. Lesson Plans are complete teaching guides. Flashcards are study aids. The "Other" category covers everything else — presentations, rubrics, parent letters, and more.
