Shared Spaces (Library Curation)

Group Leads curate game collections for their departments or teams.

Shared Spaces are curated game collections created by Group Leads for their teams. Instead of every teacher searching the entire community library, a Shared Space provides a pre-filtered, organized collection of games and resources relevant to a specific department or subject area.

How It Works

  1. Group Leads open their group in the Admin Console.
  2. Click "Manage Shared Space" to access the curation interface.
  3. Add games from the community library, your own games, or school-shared games.
  4. Organize games into categories or sections within the space.
  5. Group members see the Shared Space in their school workspace and can browse, preview, and copy games from it.

Benefits

Shared Spaces reduce time spent searching for quality content. New teachers benefit from curated collections created by experienced colleagues. Department heads can ensure all teachers are using curriculum-aligned, vetted materials. It builds institutional knowledge that survives staff turnover.
