Customizing School Branding

Upload your school logo and configure the institutional experience.

Branding might seem cosmetic, but it has a real impact on teacher and student buy-in. When teachers open Wittigo and see their own school logo instead of a generic icon, it reinforces that this is their tool — approved, supported, and part of the school ecosystem. Students feel the same way when they see familiar branding during games.

What You Can Customize

  1. In the Admin Console, go to the Branding section.
  2. Upload your school logo (PNG or SVG recommended, max 2MB). It will replace the Wittigo logo in the sidebar.
  3. Set your school's billing email for financial correspondence.
  4. Your school prefix (e.g., BIS445) is used for all join codes generated for your organization.

Best Practices

Use a horizontal logo with transparent background for best results. The sidebar space is limited, so complex logos with small text may not render well. Test the logo on both desktop and mobile views. If your school has brand guidelines, follow them — consistency across all digital platforms strengthens institutional identity.
