Inviting Teachers to Your School

Use join codes to onboard staff members into your organization.

Onboarding teachers to your school plan is designed to be as simple as possible. Instead of complex IT provisioning, Wittigo uses join codes — simple alphanumeric strings that teachers enter during signup or in their settings. One code, one teacher, instant access.

Sending Invitations

1. Open the Admin Console and navigate to the Staff Management section.
2. Click "Invite Teacher" and enter the teacher's email address.
3. A unique join code is generated (e.g., BIS445-583). Share this code with the teacher.
4. The teacher enters the code during signup or in their settings to link their account to your school.
5. Once linked, the teacher gets School plan access and can see school-shared games, courses, and resources.
6. Monitor your seat usage — each school has a maximum number of teacher seats allocated.

Managing Access

Each join code is tied to a specific seat. If a teacher leaves, you can revoke their code and reallocate the seat to someone new. Teachers who leave the school retain access to their personal games on the Free plan, but school-specific content becomes unavailable. This protects your institutional resources while respecting teacher ownership of their own creations.
